Every order, every table, every taka — in one system

iRestaurant runs the counter, the kitchen and the books together. Take the order, fire the KOT, print the bill, and see the night's numbers before you lock up.

  • Works on the counter PC, a tablet or a phone
  • Dine-in, pickup and delivery in the same screen
  • Your data in your own database, backed up in the cloud

The daily grind

Three things that quietly cost you money every night

  • Hand-written KOTs get lost between counter and kitchen

An order slip that never reaches the pass is a table waiting, a dish remade, and an argument at billing time.

  • Nobody knows which table or which shift actually earns

Without table-wise and shift-wise numbers, you are guessing at staffing, at menu pricing, and at what to promote.

  • Stock and recipe cost stay invisible until month-end

By the time the numbers arrive, the wastage has already happened and there is nothing left to decide.

What you get

Built for how a restaurant actually runs

Not a general shop package with a menu bolted on. Every screen was written for tables, tickets and kitchens.

Menu & KOT

Categories, items, modifiers and combo packages. Orders fire straight to the right kitchen with its own printer and paper size.

Tables & floor

Areas, tables and live occupancy. Merge tables, move an order, take a booking, and see at a glance what is free.

Orders & billing

Dine-in, pickup and delivery in one POS. VAT and service charge configured per branch, printed the way you want it.

Inventory & recipe

Purchases, returns, kitchen issues and stock on hand. Know what a dish costs you before you decide what to charge.

Reports that answer questions

Sales, KOT, stock, purchases, expenses, salaries, customer dues and profit — filterable and ready to print.

Multi-branch & roles

Add outlets under one account and give each person exactly the screens they need — nothing more.

How it works

From the first tap to the night's numbers

Three screens carry most of a shift. Here is what they do.

Step 1

Take the order at the table

Pick the table, tap through the menu, add a note for the kitchen. Dine-in, pickup or delivery — the same screen, with only the fields that order type needs.

  • Item search that keeps up with typing
  • Guest count, waiter and token when you want them
  • Split, merge and move an order between tables

Step 2

The kitchen sees it immediately

Saving the order prints the KOT where the food is actually cooked. Grill, tandoor and dessert can each have their own ticket, so nobody sorts through somebody else's items.

  • One ticket per kitchen, grouped automatically
  • Item notes printed where the cook can read them
  • Kitchen display for a screen instead of paper

Step 3

Close the day knowing where you stand

Sales by item, by table, by waiter, by shift. Purchases, expenses, staff salaries, customer dues and profit — filtered by date and ready to print or hand to your accountant.

  • Every report filterable by branch and date range
  • Cash, bank and due collection in one place
  • Compare outlets from a single login

Questions

What restaurant owners ask us first

iRestaurant runs in the browser against your own cloud database, so the counter needs a working internet connection. Most restaurants keep a mobile hotspot as a fallback; a broadband drop of a few seconds does not lose an order that has been saved.
Yes. Bills and KOTs print to any standard 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer. Paper size, number of copies and which kitchen gets which ticket are all settings, not code changes.
Your restaurant gets its own database — not a shared table with other customers in it. Inside your account you decide which staff member can open which screen, down to whether they can see buying price or profit at all.
No. Send us the sheet during setup and we will load your menu, categories and prices for you, so the first day on the system starts with your real menu.
Add it under the same account. Each outlet keeps its own tables, staff and settings, and you can compare them in the reports without signing in twice. Moving to a plan with more branches is a change to your subscription, not a reinstallation.
For a single outlet with a menu ready to load, usually the same week. The longest part is training your floor staff, and we do that with you rather than sending a manual.
